23rd IRO World Championship for Rescue Dogs in Ebereichsdorf/Austria

Germany was the big winner!

Gold medal in rubble search, gold and silver medal in tracking and gold and silver medal in the team ranking

The 23rd World Championship for Rescue Dogs ended with an outstanding success for Germany.With our SV team, we won the silver medal in the team ranking and the silver medal in the single tracking discipline for Germany.

150 participants from 25 countries took part in the 23rd World Championship for Rescue Dog Sports in the special disciplines tracking, rubble search and area search. In the single disciplines our 2017 federal winner, Denise Neumann with “Sharia vom Fluchtweg” (OG Arnsberg / LG Westfalen) achieved the second place and won the silver medal in tracking B.

Christine Colligs with “Quentchen von den Wölfen” (OG Neu-Ansbach / LG Hessen-Süd) took an excellent 4th place and the team was able to confirm the outstanding ranking from the Bundessiegerprüfung 2017 where they also took the 4th place. The team ranking was completed from Brigitte Sauter with “Enny vom wilden Süden” (OG Schonaich / LG Württemberg), 8th place in tracking and Yvonne Steinborn-Bartsch with “Boo vom Falkenseer Stern” (OG Berlin-Reinickendorf / LG Berlin-Brandenburg), 33rd place in rubble search.
