First steps

Sign-up/Registration

Great! You’ve taken the first step and successfully installed our app on your smartphone.
To register, click the appropriate button on the home screen. You will then be redirected straight to the sign-up page.
Please enter the email address associated with your SV login there. You will then receive a confirmation email.

After clicking "Next," you will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. Once confirmed, you can use the app fully and get started right away.

Hinweis:
To make full use of the member area of our app, an active membership in our main club is required. This is the only way we can provide you with all the additional features, services, and club-specific content. Please also consult the FAQ section at the bottom of the page.

Initial settings

We will use push notifications to inform you whenever there are new news updates. To ensure you don't miss any important information, please follow these steps:

Open the side menu and select the "News" section.
Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to open the notification settings.
Toggle the switch next to "General News – SV" to the on position.

Once the switch is activated, you will automatically receive push notifications directly on your screen.

Become a member

Not a member yet?
No problem—signing up takes just a few steps.

Go to the side menu and select "Our Club."
Then tap on „Hauptgeschäftsstelle“and select the "Become a Member" button.

Dates

The "Appointment" menu item gives you a quick overview of all upcoming events. You can use the filter function to tailor the search to your criteria.

Push notifications

We will use push notifications to inform you whenever there are new news updates.

Frequently asked questions and answers

Shared use of an email address (member area)

Why can't I log in if multiple people use the same email address?
If multiple family members share a single email address, it causes confusion within the app.

What is happening with existing memberships for now?
Until the necessary technical adjustments are made, only the primary member will be listed in the app. Exceptions may occur in specific individual cases.

What happens if people share an email address but do not have a family membership?
If no family connection can be established, logging in will not be possible. In this case, each person requires their own email address.

When will I be able to manage family members within the application?
We are currently working on a feature that will allow family members to be displayed and managed together in the app. This feature is still in the conceptual phase, as we want to ensure it is implemented in a way that is practical and intuitive for all users.
