The usage of electronic collars for dog training is forbidden in Germany according to the animal protection law and therefore is also inadmissible in all SV training areas.

In case of infringement, the infringer can be excluded from the SV. The training in all local groups, without exception, takes place according to modern, species and animal protection law appropriate training methods. Therefore, heads of training are trained in respective SV seminars. Only licensed heads of training may hold the responsible office of training warden in the SV local groups. They are obliged to participate in training programs regularly.
