Does the SV have its own rescue dog unit?
The rescue dog sport is becoming more and more popular; the association does not have its own rescue dog unit, however.
In rescue dog sport, the individual areas of rescue dog training – expanse of rubble, area search or avalanche search – are tested and rated with sportive comparative scores. Whoever furthermore wants to engage in a rescue dog unit with their dog after the training of the dog can additionally contact the respective civil protection organizations.
