Applications received by the main office of the SV less than four weeks prior to the event shall be automatically rejected. There are no exceptions whatsoever in this respect.
Applicant (please provide complete address by e-mail):

The processing fee per judge to 8 weeks before the event is 150,00 €.
The processing fee per judge to 4 weeks before the event is 300,00 €.

Please specify exactly when the event takes place and who judges.

We request you to discuss in advance with the judge whether they give their approval for the planned event.
